About Me
My name is Dela Martin, and I am an online English teacher, mom to two boys, and a resident of Maryland, USA . I absolutely love to read, and I am passionate about sharing the joy of reading with others.

With a Masters's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), I bring a wealth of knowledge to my teaching. While I have worked in various fields like nonprofit, corporate, and legal, my heart always leads me back to the world of teaching English.

My journey into teaching pronunciation began after running book clubs for English learners. I noticed that many of my students struggled to make sense of the books because they did not know the sounds of English. This sparked a desire to help my students overcome this obstacle, and that's when I decided to focus on pronunciation.

I am thrilled to be on this language journey with my students, who are an amazing group of English readers and language lovers.
